How Many Years Do You Spend On Spam?
Email is something we all have. Over the last 15 years Spam has continued to grow enormously. I have discovered through trial and error that there are a lot of different classes of email.
Email and clearing out rubbish used to be part of my everyday process? Is that a done thing these days? Evidently yes. People still spend the first part of their email checking clearing out spam and unsolicited emails. Spam is never ending and will take up your day. S, when an email is received. Your email is downloaded along with a chunk of spam. Do you know how much of your life is spent on this task?
A Dedicated email server is ungeard of on a cheap Hosting account. I only use 2 or 3, whats the purpose of having a 100. Keeping it to a minimum is good for you.
How do you manage to overcome this? How would you benefit from more free time? Lets look at the evolution of my experience.

5+ coming of age. getting a gmail account is free and good at spam detection, but your business image is not asngood.
So, back to my business domain, I have 2 choices. One a service can be obtained that cleans the mail before it gets sent to your mail box. This is the best answerq. It is not the only way forward. My email must be accessible anywhere. As it goes via the mail cleaners servers, there is a slight delay. However, they do not offer a webmail service. IMAP in my opinion is the best solution for easy access anywhere without duplication. Your handheld, notebook your place of work and your mates machine. The ideal is to have the same on any mac whine you access from.
I discovered through our hosting partner for
recruitment software that such a service exists. You get webmail, IMAP and 10GB of space. Its great. They also provide a live chat if you need help. They have over 2 million mailboxes and counting. It is not as expensive as you think. In fact no, its a $1 a month per account. As well as that they also do the exhcnage service.
I was disapointed with exchange as it had no search. The search was not present, although it looked like outlook. It costs more.
Heed this advice, your valuable time is not best spent clearing out spam on cheap email accounts. A professional managed service is vital. Dedicated mail companies are the answer. Choosing a specialist gives a specialist service.
