How do I Host a tattoo party?
I want to host a tattoo party for my 21st B-day coming up in October. How do I go about doing so? I have found a tattoo artist and feel comfortable hiring him to do the job after reviewing his work. But now what? Please HEEELLLPPPP!!!!!!!
Invite people!
Tell them that the party is a tattoo party, who the artist is, maybe a link to his portfolio or website, the size of tattoo they are allowed to get (I assume that your artist isn’t going to want to do full sleeves or back pieces on your guests in one night) and tell them how much it will cost. Give them a list of what they will need to bring (ID, picture of the tattoo they want, know where they want to get it, money, alcohol, etc). Tell them that they might have to wait a while to get their tat depending on what size tattoos your artist is willing to do that night. I recommend inviting up to 10 people if they all agree to get small tats, any more than that and you risk wearing out your artist. After all that, get drunk, get your tat, and have fun!
